Kathy Eimerbrink | Director of Business Development
Kathy Eimerbrink is based out of Houston, Texas. Mrs. Eimerbrink has 12 years of oil and gas industry experience, holding positions in land, commercial and business development at large international oil and gas companies.
Prior to joining Eagle River, Mrs. Eimerbrink worked in a variety of land and business development roles for ExxonMobil where she provided negotiation and transaction support for various domestic and international projects. She was an integral member of the business development team in which ExxonMobil won the bid during Mexico’s first deepwater auction. In addition, she was on the commercial/legal team to determine ExxonMobil’s near-term options related to international sanctions against Russia. During her tenure with ExxonMobil, she led many land, strategic and systems projects within the Production, Exploration and Global Services divisions.
Mrs. Eimerbrink spent three years in Ft. Worth, TX as a Senior Landman for XTO Energy, stewarding a large scale joint venture as well as identifying new acquisition opportunities and negotiating transaction documents.
Mrs. Eimerbrink received her BBA from Baylor University in 2003, graduating Magna Cum Laude and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston in 2006. She served as the Publications Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal and joined the State Bar of Texas that same summer.
